Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at work.wonjyou.studio (the "Site"), operated by Won J You Studios ("WJY Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

WJY Studios is a design consultancy that partners with founders and product teams on digital products — strategy, UX/UI, research, and prototyping. The Site is informational: it describes our work and provides a way to get in touch about a potential engagement.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form for its intended purpose — reaching out about a potential project. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated scraping or excessive requests
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including case studies, images, video, copy, and code — is the property of WJY Studios or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Case-study work shown may be subject to client confidentiality and is shared with permission; nothing on the Site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from that content without our prior written consent.

Submissions

Information you submit through the contact form or "Start a Project" flow (such as your name, email, and project details) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle that information.

No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Engagement terms, deliverables, and warranties for actual client work are governed separately by the applicable signed agreement (e.g., statement of work or master services agreement), not by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WJY Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Third-Party Services

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Your use of that feature is also subject to Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
